This specimen was lot 11135 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. (1703) 1/4 Real or Cuartillo. Santa Fe de Nuevo Reino (Bogotá) mint. Carlos II (1665-1700). Restrepo M53.2. VF Details — Plugged (PCGS). 1.13 grams. Called plugged by PCGS, though this appears to just be holed, with the hole filled with encrustation. A very scarce posthumous type of Carlos II. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian and Ecuadorian Coins."
