The catalog description[1] noted, "Unknown as a Specimen Victoria Specimen Cent 1884, KM 7, Specimen 65 Red Brown NGC. This is an amazing Victoria Cent. Unlisted in Specimen, or Proof, for this date. Fully mirrored fields with a razor-sharp strike and abundant, original red mint color. Extremely rare in this condition, and very likely a Royal Mint Proof issue. Ex: 'Colonel' E.H.R. Green; Green Estate' Partnership of Eric P Newman / B.G. Johnson."
