This specimen was lot 518 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €260 (about US$351 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, HERZOGTUM August der Jüngere, 1635-1666. 1/2 Reichstaler 1656, Zellerfeld. Welter 833. Prägeschwäche, sehr schön. (duchies of Brunswick-Luneburg and Brunswick Wolfenbuttel, Augustus the Younger, 1635-66, half thaler of 1656, Zellerfeld mint. Weakly struck, very fine.)"
