This specimen was lot 546 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it sold for €1,700 (about US$2,253 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRABANT, Duché, Philippe le Beau (1482-1506), AR double patard, 1489, Anvers. Au titre de Maximilien de Habsbourg, roi des Romains. D/ (lion) MAXIMILIAN REX ROMANO PATER I89 Dans un trilobe, l'écu couronné du Saint Empire. R/ (couronne) PHI ARCHIDVCIS AVSTRIE BVRG' BRAB' (main) Ecu d'Autriche-Bourgogne posé sur une croix fleuronnée. G.H. 83-1; W. 577; Levinson II-111; V.H. 107. 3,55 g Extrêmement rare. Très Beau. Provient de la collection Symoens et de notre vente 117, 15 juin 2013, 873. (duchy of Brabant, Philip the Fair, 1482-1506, silver double patard of 1489, Antwerp mint.
