This specimen was lot 20179 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2019), where it sold for $1,620. The catalog description[1] noted, "BOLIVIA. 8 Escudos, 1852-PTS FP. Potosí Mint. NGC EF-45. Fr-34; KM-116. Laureate bust right. A SCARCE type though less so than the Laureate Bust Left we are also offering in this sale. Nice even wear, no obvious defects and a fair amount of residual luster."
