This specimen was lot 824 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Léopold Ier (1831-1865), Cu 2 centimes, 1851. BRAEMT F. avec point. Dupriez 518. Très Beau à Superbe. (kingdom of Belgium, Leopold I, 1831-65, copper two centimes of 1851, engraver's signature with dot. Very Fine - Extremely Fine.)"
KM 4.2, m. 2,407,000, VF $40. fairly common date. also KM 4.4 (w/o dot).
