This specimen was lot 6050 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. 1/2 Taler, 1758-HA. Hall Mint. Franz I (1745-65). NGC MS-63. KM-2036. Slight weakness to center of strike. Covered with attractive multi-hued toning highlighted by flashing luster in outer peripheries lighting up electric blue coloring."
struck 1751-65 at GR (Graz), KB (Kremnitz), WI (Vienna), CA (Karlsburg), HA (Hall) and is common. 14.03 g, .833 fine.
