This specimen was lot 2451 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "ESTONIA (SWEDISH): Johan III, 1569-1592, AR shilling, Reval, ND (1568-1592), PCGS graded AU53." Many varieties exist in the obverse legend. A few are known dated 1570. Forty eight schilling made a mark. The Swedes seized Estonia in 1561 and held it until 1721, when they ceded it to Peter the Great of Russia. King Erik XIV (r. 1560-68) was ousted and later murdered by his half-brother Johann III (r. 1569-92).
