This specimen was lot 664 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $1,328. The catalog description[1] noted, "EGYPT: Murad V, 1876, AV 100 qirsh, Misr, AH1293 year 1, bold EF, R, ex Gamal Amer Collection." Murad V ruled only three months before being overthrown. All his coinage is rare.

Specification: 8.544 g, 0.875 fine gold.
