Ecuador 1889-H decimo
This specimen was lot 45782 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2024), where it sold for $408. The catalog description[1] noted, "ECUADOR. Decimo, 1889. Heaton Mint. PCGS AU-58." This type was struck 1884 and 1889-90 at Heaton, England, and was also issued from Santiago and Lima.
Recorded mintage: 100,000.
Specification: 2.50 g, 0.900 fine silver.
