The second specimen was lot 75293 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $915. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. Danzig. Ort (1/4 Taler), 1613. Sigismund III. PCGS AU-53. This coin offers great eye appeal - a strong, even strike, luster, and pleasing toning that emphasizes the design details, and the lightest of wear. Attractive and desirable. From the Collection of Kazmier Wysocki, former mayor of Hackensack, New Jersey." This type was struck 1608-16. An ort = ¼ thaler = 18 groszy.
