This specimen was lot 5102 in Ponterio sale 152 (New York, January 2010), where it sold for $345. The catalog description noted, "CAPE VERDE. 10 Centavos, ND (1921). P-20. This note shows a Cabo Verde overprint on an originally intended Mozambique piece. Just a bit of handling and a few minor stains in the margins are noticed. ABOUT UNCIRCULATED-UNCIRCULATED."
