This specimen was lot 2235 in Stephen Album sale 45 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2023), where it sold for $840. The catalog description[1] noted, "COOCH BEHAR: Prana Narayan, 1633-1665, AR rupee, SE1554 (with "4" retrograde), obverse legend sri srimat prana narayanasya sake 1554, 32mm, EF, R, ex David Cashin Collection." This type was struck SE1554-1555. This specimen sold for about double the catalog value. Cooch Behar is today in the strip of India which divides Bhutan from Bangladesh.
