This specimen was lot 45691 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2024), where it sold for $105. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. 10000 Pesos, 2019. Utrecht Mint. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo. Bicentennial of Independence issue." Other issues of this denomination include KM 304 (Policarpa Salavarrieta) and KM 302 (centennial of the air force). Tho struck in 2019, it was issued in 2021. As of October 2021, US$1 = 3,792 Colombian pesos, giving this coin a value of about US$2.64. As of September 2024, this has slipped to US$2.33.
