This specimen was lot 74112 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $109. The catalog description[1] noted, "BULGARIA. 50 Leva, 1930-BP. Budapest Mint. Boris III. PCGS MS-62." This type was struck at the Budapest mint for the kingdom of Bulgaria in 1930, along with a similar twenty and 100 leva. The king, Boris III, chose the Axis side during World War Two and was deposed by the Communists in 1943 as the Soviet army approached.

Recorded mintage: 9,028,000.

Specification: 10 g, 0.500 fine silver, 27 mm diameter, edge lettered "БОЖЕ ПАЗИ БЪЛГАРИЯ".
