This specimen was lot 1343 in Jean Elsen sale 146 (Brussels, November 2020), where it sold for €850 (about US$1,239 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Philippe (2013-), 100 euro, 2014. André Vésale. 500 p. frappées. Ecrin. Flan poli. (kingdom of Belgium, Philip I, since 2013, one hundred euro of 2014, Andreas Visalius. With capsule, Proof.)"
This denomination is used exclusively for commemoratives. This one honors Flemish doctor and anatomist Andreas Visalius (1514-64).
