This specimen was lot 46066 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Oklahoma City, OK, August 2025), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "BELGIUM. 25 Centimes, 1927. Brussels Mint. Albert I. PCGS MS-66. Legend in French. From the Dr. Michael Vale Collection." This type was struck 1913 and 1920-29. This date is worthless in all grades. Numista mentions a 1927/3 overdate, which is scarce.
Recorded mintage: 8,800,000 plus 3,799,000 with Dutch text (KM 69).
Specification: 6.5 g, copper-nickel, 26 mm diameter.
