This specimen was lot 73038 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $4,080. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRALIA. 100 Dollars, 2010-P. Lunar Series, Year of the Tiger. Elizabeth II. NGC MS-70. This attractive lunar series type offers an intricately detailed design that is exemplified by the reverse cameo nature of the piece with frosted fields and mirrored devices." Other 100 dollar NCLT's issued in 2010 included KM-1469 (koala) and KM-1771 (kangaroo).

Recorded mintage: 6,000.

Specification: 31.105 g, 0.999 fine gold, 39.34 mm diameter, 1 troy oz AGW.
