This specimen was lot 71323 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "ARGENTINA. 5 Pesos, 1889. Buenos Aires Mint. NGC MS-60. A glittering Mint State example, this wonderful piece yields a vibrant sheen despite some contact that makes the grade." This is from a type struck 1881-96 from a design by Oudiné, most likely at the Paris mint. Its face value was five pesos and its weight exactly equal to 25 French francs in gold. This coin was formerly scarce until a hoard of several thousand was sold by Stack's in the mid 1990's.
