This specimen was lot 74006 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, October 2024), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "ARGENTINA. 4 Centavos, 1854. PCGS MS-62 Brown. Boldly struck with a pleasing smooth silky chocolate brown patina. From the Richard Margolis Collection." This type was struck at Rio de Janeiro and Heaton in coin and medal alignment. Similar and two centavos exist.
