This specimen was lot 1 in Künker Auction 379 (Osnabrück, February 2023), where it sold for €18,000 (about US$21,213 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"AACHEN. STADT. Reichstaler o. J., mit Titel Ferdinands III. Menadier 211 a. Von allergrößter Seltenheit. Attraktives Exemplar mit hübscher Patina, winz. Schrötlingsfehler am Rand, sehr schön. (City of Aachen, Reichstaler, No date, with titles of Ferdinand III. Of the utmost rarity. An attractive specimen with a lovely patina; tiny flan defect at the rim; Extremely Fine.)

- Obverse description: Crowned and feathered helmeted wildman sitting on throne holding coat of arms infant and flagged scepter to the right with another flagged scepter standing up to the left, both flags have coat of arms as well, on top of helmet is a crowned eagle.
- Obverse inscription: ★VRBS·AQVENSIS·VRBS·REGALIS·REGNIS·SEDES·PRINCIPALIS·PRIMA·REGVM·CVRIA
- Obverse inscription translated: the City of Water, the Royal City of Kingdoms, the Principal Seat, the First Court of Kings.

- Reverse description: Crowned double headed imperial eagle with imperial orb on breast, name and titles of Holy Roman emperor.
