This issue was struck at the Heaton mint for Guernsey, one of the Channel Islands, in 1914-20, 1934, 1938, 1945-49. Eight doubles = one British penny. This date is common in all grades.

Recorded mintage: 157,000.

Specification: 9.7 g, bronze, 31.7 mm diameter.
