This specimen was lot 459 in Sincona Auction 99 (Zürich, October 2025), where it sold for 250 CHF (about US$377 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 10 Penniä 1912, Helsinki Mint. Mintage for Finland. NGC MS64 RD. Rotkupfer, Red copper."
This is a better date of a type struck 1895-1900, 1905-17 for Nicholas II. The prior type varied only in the imperial monogram.
