This specimen depicts Marshal José Felix Estigarribia (1888-1940), hero of the Chaco War with Bolivia and 34th President of Paraguay. It was struck 1995 and 1998 and is common. It supersedes KM 191 (copper-nickel-zinc) of 1992.

Recorded mintage: 25,000,000.
