This specimen was lot 74285 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $85. The catalog description[1] noted, "ANDORRA. 50 Diners, 1964-FM. NGC PROOF-66 Ultra Cameo." Andorra, a protectorate of France and Spain, isn't really supposed to issue coins but occasionally markets NCLT's anyway. This one was accompanied by a 25 diners (KM X9). The "FM" is probably the engraver's initials, not the mintmark of the Franklin Mint.
Recorded mintage: unknown plus more struck in gold and platinum.
Specification: 28 g, 0.900 fine silver, 38 mm diameter.
Catalog reference: KM X10 (formerly KM X6).
