This specimen was lot 3243 in Steve Album Auction 52 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $84. The catalog description[1] noted, "THAILAND: Rama IX, 1946-2016, AR 900 baht, BE2549 (2006), UNDP Human Development Lifetime Achievement Award for the King, multicolor portrait, struck at the Perth Mint, Australia, a magnificent reflective proof state example with original COA of issue! PCGS graded Proof 69 DCAM." This is the only issue of this denomination.
