Italy 1953 10 lire rev DSLR.jpg

This type was struck 1951-2001 at the Rome mint for Italy. The 1953 is slightly scarce in gem condition but is otherwise junk box material. The first date for which proofs are noted is 1985.

Recorded mintage: 151,500,000.

Specification: 1.6 g, aluminum, 23.25 mm diameter, plain edge, designed by Pietro Giampaoli and Giuseppe Romagnoli.
