This specimen was lot 10505 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Florence, California. $10 1902 Plain Back. Fr. 635. The Florence NB. Charter #12624. PMG Very Fine 25 Net. Previously Mounted. A very scarce Los Angles County bank, where it had just one issuing institution. All notes from this bank are scarce as this is just the eight note reported on this large size only issuing location. This note displays good signatures and decent colors, but it does have couple of heavy folds and some paper pull from being mounted at one time."
