This specimen was lot 31402 in Heritage sale 3035 (Long Beach, September 2014), where it sold for $1,175. The catalog description[1] noted, "Willem I gold 10 Gulden 1828-B MS65 NGC, Brussels mint, KM56. A remarkably bright piece, fully struck and with incredibly satin surfaces. Light obverse adjustment marks only add to the overall character of this coin. A conditional rarity as this is currently among only a handful of pieces in this top grade designation with none certified finer."
