This specimen was lot 289 in Stephen Album Online Auction 6 (Santa Rosa, CA, March 2020), where it sold for $132 with buyers premium. The catalog description noted, "AACHEN: Free Imperial City, AE 4 heller, 1792, much red original luster, PCGS graded MS64 RB." This coin was struck while Aachen was a Free Imperial City from 1166-1798.
