Stack's Bowers 2025 NYINC sale, lot 38466

This specimen was lot 38466 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Federal Republic. 10 Euros, 2007-G. Karlsruhe Mint. PCGS MS-65." Other ten euro issued in Germany in 2007 include KM 264 (Treaty of Rome, Stuttgart mint), KM 265 (Wilhelm Busch, Munich mint), KM 266 (Federal Bank, Hamburg mint) and KM 268 (Elisabeth von Thüringen, Berlin mint). Astute observers will not that each NCLT was assigned to a different mint.

Recorded mintage: 1,600,000 plus 300,000 proofs.

Specification: 18 g, 0.925 fine silver, 32.5 mm diameter, lettered edge, designed by Erika Binz-Blanke.
