This specimen was part of lot 2033 in Sedwick Treasure Auction 39 (Winter Park, FL, May 2026), where it did not sell. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Honduras|HONDURAS]], lot of two 50 centavos, 1932 and 1937, both PCGS AU 58. Both lustrous with very little wear on the high points. PCGS #47061790 and 47061794." The peso was dropped in favor of the lempira in 1931. The lempira was pegged at US$0.50, making this coin worth a quarter. In fact, these were struck in Philadelphia on quarter blanks.
