This specimen was lot 1666 in Sincona sale 90 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 300 CHF (about US$400 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RDR / ÖSTERREICH, Franz Joseph I. 1848-1916. 20 Kronen 1892, Wien. Vorzüglich. (empire of Austria, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, twenty corona of 1892, Vienna mint. Extremely fine.)"
This type of 1892-1905 represents the final coinage reform of the Hapsburg regime before its collapse during World War One. Most dates are common, including this one. This example sold for less than its bullion value.
