This specimen was lot 31868 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $305.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Gustaf V Proof 10 Ore 1918-W, PR67 NGC. Mirror surfaces with full mint brilliance. Ex: 'Colonel' E.H.R. Green; Green Estate' Partnership of Eric P Newman / B.G. Johnson." This type was issued 1909-19 and 1927-42. Most of the dates are readily available in grades up to Extremely Fine. This date is common in all grades but the SCWC does not mention proofs.

Recorded mintage: 4,114,180.

Specification: 1.45 g, .400 fine silver, .018 troy oz ASW, 15 mm diameter, plain edge.
