This specimen was lot 2277 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $226.10. The catalog description[1] noted, "TURKEY: Muhammad V, 1909-1918, AR 10 piastres, AH1327 year 7, with "el-Ghazi" to right of toughra, well struck, NGC graded MS64." This type, the second of the reign, was struck years 7-10.
Recorded mintage: 582,000 (including KM 751).
Specification: 12.03 g, 0.833 fine silver.
