This specimen was lot 1400 in Jean Elsen sale 111 (Brussels, December 2011), where it sold for 2,900 euro (about US$4,462 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"POLOGNE, Sigismond III Wasa (1587-1632), AV ducat, 1595, Danzig. Droit : B. cour. et cuirassé à droite, une grande fraise au col. Revers : Ecu de Danzig tenu par deux lions.
