This specimen was lot 33686 in Heritage sale 3114 (New York, January 2024), where it sold for $5,280. The lot description[1] noted, "Great Britain: Charles III gold Proof "King Charles I" 200 Pounds (2 oz) 2023 PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC. First Releases. A wonderful golden selection featuring the iconic horse and rider portrait of Charles I."
