This specimen was lot 11108 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €360 (about US$375). The catalog description^[1] noted, "NORWAY. 2 Skilling, 1683-PG. Christiania mint. Christian V. NGC AU-58. An absolutely stunning example with beautiful, dark millefiori toning From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This is the final date of a type struck 1675-83. One specie daler was six mark or 96 skilling.

Recorded mintage: 246,000.

Specification: 1.09 g, 0.406 fine, 18 mm diameter, this specimen 0.94 g.
