This specimen was lot 4868 in Sincona sale 39 (Zurich, May 2017), where it sold for 250 CHF (about US$300 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, <blockquote>"''SWITZERLAND | Confederation, 2 Franken 1932 B. Bern. FDC. NGC MS 64.'' (confederation of Switzerland, two francs of 1932, Bern mint. Uncirculated.)"</blockquote> This type was struck at the Bern mint 1874-1967. The design is still in use today tho the coin is now copper-nickel. This specimen is struck to the standard of the French two francs of 1866-1920. Many of the dates from the twentieth century are common but this one scarce. Prior to confederation in 1850, each Swiss canton issued its own coins.
