Sincona sale 59, lot 2332

This specimen was lot 2332 in Sincona sale 59 (Zurich, October 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"OSMANISCHES REICH | ´Abd al-Majîd, 1255-1277 H./1839-1861 AD, 5 Kurush (Viertel Mecidiye Riyal) 1255 H./Jahr 6, Qustantînîya. Tughra mit Blume über Regierungsjahr in zwölfbogiger Einfassung, Münzstättenangabe und Datum des Regierungsanfangs. Vorzüglich. Feine Patina. (Turkey, Abdul Mejid, 1839-61, five kurush of AH 1255, year 6, Constantinople mint. Extremely fine, Nicely toned.)"
