This specimen was lot 71526 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it sold for $660. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[India|INDIA]]. Cooch Behar. Rupee, SE 1477 (1555). Nara Narayan. NGC MS-63. This highly attractive Choice Rupee displays some handsome luster and a full strike." Cooch Behar is today in the strip of India which divides Bhutan from Bangladesh.
