This specimen was lot 1346 in Sincona sale 66 (Zürich, October 2020), where it sold for 900 CHF (about US$1,185 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHLAND | Bundesrepublik Deutschland | misc. 1 Deutsche Mark 1958 J, Hamburg. Sehr selten. Nur 37 Exemplare in polierter Platte geprägt. Polierte Platte. (Germany, Federal Republic, one mark of 1958, Hamburg mint. Very rare. Only 37 pieces struck in Proof, Choice Proof.)"
This type was produced at four mints (Munich, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe and Hamburg) in 1950 in such numbers that no more were struck until 1954. The Hamburg mint mark was "J".
