This specimen was lot 15 in Sincona sale 5 (Zürich, May 2012), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIEN Genua Dogi Biennali, 1528-1797. 5 Doppie 1640. Av. *DVX * ET * GVB * REIP * GENV * Befusstes Kreuz, in den Winkeln Sterne. Rv. * ET * REGE * EOS * 1640 * IB * SVS * Madonna auf Wolken, mit Sternenkranz um den Kopf. Sie hält mit der Rechten ein Zepter, auf ihrem Schoss das Christuskind. Sehr selten. NGC AU55. Vorzüglich.
