Sincona sale 9, lot 4763

This specimen was lot 4763 in Sincona sale 9 (Zürich, October 2012), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"NIEDERLANDE Deventer, Kampen & Zwolle Goldgulden 1546. Titel Karl V. Beschnitten. Sehr schön. (Deventer-Kampen-Zwolle goldgulden of 1546, clipped, very fine.)

The clipping explains why this coin is only 2.59 g. This league of three Dutch towns also issued daalders.
