This specimen was lot 2207 in Sincona sale 23 (Zürich, May 2015), where it sold for 175 CHF (about US$220 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Sachsen, Herzogtum, ab 1547 Kurfürstentum, August, 1553-1586 Taler 1570. Dresden. Sehr schön. (Germany, electorate of Saxony, Augustus I (1553-86), thaler of 1570, Dresden mint, very fine.)"

This Davenport type was struck 1567-1586 and is common.
