This specimen was lot 3238 in Sincona sale 91 (Zürich, May 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Genf/Genève, Stadt und Kanton, 3 Sols 1565, Genf. Mzz. G. Sehr schön. (Switzerland, canton of Geneva, Geneva mint. three sols of 1565, Geneva mint. Very fine.)"
This type was struck nearly continuously 1554-94. Numista does not mention the mintmark clearly visible here. One thaler was 96 sols.
