This specimen was lot 910 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "FRANCE: François II, 1559-1560, AR teston, Bayonne, 1560-L, a nice original example, VF, ex Dr. Robert A. Rosenfeld Collection." Duplessy lists this type for 1559-62. This is a common date. No coinage exists with François' portrait; Henry's bust was used until 1562.
