This specimen was lot 2623 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $446.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "SAFAVID: 'Abbas I, 1588-1629, AR bisti, Baghdad, AH1033, full date & mint, struck in the year of the Safavid conquest of Baghdad from the Ottoman Empire, EF, RRR." The Ottomans reconquered Baghdad and held it and the province of Iraq until their final collapse at the end of World War One.
