This specimen was lot 2673 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $53.55. The catalog description[1] noted, "MADRAS PRESIDENCY: AE dudu, 1801, bale mark // date, VF." This type was also struck in 1805. It had a face value of ten cash.
