This specimen was lot 17955 in Heritage auction 354 (the Horwedel sale, Long Beach, CA, September 2004), where it sold for $1,725. The catalog description[1] noted, "Ontario, CA - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 627 The Ontario NB Ch. # (P)9935. Large notes only from this considerably scarcer Ontario bank, which liquidated in early 1927. Fine+, with clear signatures." This specimen was subsequently lot 20372 in Heritage auction 3563 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $600.
